Sometimes surfing is not allowed in some institutions but you can only read your emails….
In this case there is a way to receive web pages by email as attachements.
How to do this?
Open your email account
Go to send to
Write this:
www4mail@wm.ictp.trieste.it
then go down and write the URL of webpage you want to receive
that is it…after minutes you will receive this page as attachement
