    للعلم فقد سبق وان طرح الموضوع في بداية شهر رمضان ولم يتجاوب معه احد وكان بالعربيه
    ارجوا بعد الاطلاع عليه التعليق عن مدى اقتناعك الان

    Yogurt? Yes!
    You try to keep a healthy diet, but it's tough when you've got a sweet tooth. There is little out there to indulge in that will satisfy your urge to splurge and your better judgment simultaneously. Unfortunately, this can make your shopping and your diet a double nightmare. But there is a solution: yogurt!

    Many people don't realize that yogurt is delicious, but it is -- especially nowadays with all the varieties available. And as far as your diet goes, yogurt contains active, living cultures that make it nutritious. The most abundant are lactobacillus bulgaricus and streptococcus thermophilus. Some yogurt producers add even more cultures to increase its nutritional value.

    Here are some more valid reasons to add yogurt to your diet:


    In addition to the active cultures present, yogurt also contains lots of protein, vitamins, and minerals -- but not a lot of calories.


    Although 75 percent of adults around the globe have trouble digesting lactose (which is found in milk -- a typical source of calcium), one can still gain his or her share of calcium in yogurt. The creamy snack also contains riboflavin, and uses nonfat milk in its preparation, which has far less negative effects on the lactose intolerant.


    Water source. The average adult is supposed to drink eight glasses of water per day. Most people find it difficult to accomplish such saturation daily. Since yogurt contains 88 percent water, it can be a great supplement for your water needs.


    Cholesterol. Depending on your eating habits, yogurt can play a key role in lowering cholesterol as well as high blood pressure.


    Freedom of choice. Many yogurt producers now offer a wide variety of tasty choices in their lineups. You can find yogurt cups that mix in just about any fruit you prefer, and even some with cheesecake bottoms or nuts on top!
