    ~Love and I........~ {My poem for the contest}

    I hope I haven't missed the chance to participate......

    ~*~ Love & I ~*~



    I stood on the port of Love today
    Trying to understand all that might say
    But it took my breath away
    So simply………
    As it overwhelmed my bay….



    I stood there
    Silently seeking answers
    And love stood near
    Forever refusing
    To answer the questions
    That raged within me
    As to what is the truth
    Of this tangling mystery

    Majestically
    Love stood away
    And whisper softly
    To follow its way



    I did…….
    I followed
    And my steps ranged loudly
    In the castle
    Where Love rests
    A dream it was that
    No one could resist
    I saw cupid there
    With its cherub beauty
    The bow lowered now
    As he no longer have to aim
    At hearts
    Already in love
    And no one could utter a blame



    Loved silently beckoned me to say
    The questions
    I prepared along the way
    It seemed so easy to say
    To utter them after all the time
    I spent in preparing them


    But I was there
    And love stood near
    And can one ever speak
    When love seems to conquer his peak
    Can one ever utter a word
    In a tempest of feelings
    Can one ever say all
    That his heart long to say…….



    Love smiled
    Patiently
    Softly
    Charmingly
    And I knew
    That Love knew
    That I was speechless
    And I’ve lost all the questions
    The moment love came my way…..
    There is only one me and there will never be another me
    so I must make me,
    the best me that could ever be

                      participate in that address i gave u tell me , so i can check in

                      which category they will put ur poem ..

                      anyway G0od Luck and wish to see ur poem as the poem of the

                      year in that address ..

                          Dear sweet brother Q8y......

                          Thank you for your sweet words............

                          and I'd hopefully do something about that.........

                          Frankly I'm not totally sure about submitting to that site because they proclaim a right to do whatever they might with the submitted poems........

                          But I'll hopefully do it one day.......when I find something suitable to their categories........
