Hi

I have been in a situation lately that made me think about people who do not control their temper and could easily be frustrated, so i kept asking my self Why do people run out of pasience so easily? and i wanted to ask all the people in here the same question.

Personally i think its because they dont know how to control them selves and that they do not have the right way of thinking to give the right sort of reaction.

One last thing, if there is a psychoatrist in here please take your time in answering.
