I will write some more two words has one meaning if you don't mind:

caring for اعتناءا بـ

go over يراجع أو يفحص

get through ينجز أو يتم

hand out يعطي

hang around يحوم حول

hang on يتمسك بـ

throw away : يرمي بعيدا أو يبذر بمعنى يبعزق

throw off: يتخلص من

face out يقاوم بجرأة

fade out يخفض الصوت تدريجي

back up طلب العون والمؤازرة

back off ينسحب

break down يعطل

bring about يسبّب

bring down يسقط

I think that's enough ..maybe I will write more . So everyone can get benfit ...
