Let me thank you of this brief and direct advice for the RIGHT management,, even it seems to be funny but it’s true that managers have become managers because they have experience and that they have got it from wrong decisions…

Management is an art,, it involves many other skills,, they should know how to mange conflict and stress in their workplaces, also to learn how to motivate their employees positively and how to appraise them,,,, It’s more than planning, controlling, taking decisions..

Well, I’m confessed that each employee could be a manager in his/her position, they can evaluate their performance daily, they can go out the workplace and learn new things that benefit them and other workmates,, by this they add an extra value to their routine work..

Nightmare, I appreciate your reply, I hope I have given you a clue for another informative topic.
