    Transition Words



    • Transitions are phrases or words that are used to connect one idea to the next.

    • Transitions are used by the author to help the reader progress from one significant idea to the next.

    • Transitions also show the relationship within a paragraph (or even within a sentence) between the main idea and the support the author gives for those ideas.

      Just a very cool post,, I have learnt a lot from it,, for sure I have an idea about some of those phrases but you have provided us with great information when you have gathered them all in one post..

      And I’m sure that will help many students of English who want to produce a neat and well structured essay or topic and to develop the writing skill in general..
