In the Independence Day of Israel I wondered what it means and why do we need it. A lot of questions resounded into my head, especially when I saw different reactions to the Independence Day. In some houses the cheering sounds were in the air, cheering of grandeur, of freedom and of victory. Candles were lit, candles of bravery. However, in the neighboring houses, just a few meters away, groaning could be heard, eyes with angry tears could be seen and burning fires were in their hearts.
Those differences were the reason of writing my thoughts in a piece
of paper.
Here and There
Can people be ever friends?
Isn't enough to be all humans?
We live in one world
And have the same lord
Here, we could see and hear
Cheering of victory
And candles of bravery
There, sad people were
Crying from inside
And lost as blind
Where is the peace's dove?
To give us a lot of love
We could make it through
If people were true
