1.1 filtration process :
the water enters the filter package and divides between the filter vessels . on entering the top of vessel the water is distributed over the filter bed by the top distribution system . the water passes downward through the layers of filter media until it is collected by collection system in the base of the vessels . It is discharged from each vessel and enters the filtered water outlet header from where it is discharged from the package . during the course of filtration , the solid particulate matter carried by the water is trapped within the filter media . due to the carefully selected grades of media this entrapment occurs right through the top two layers . because the particle collection occurs right through the filter bed the increase in pressure drop across the filter is gradual . It also means that the filters can easily cope with sudden increase in the contamination of the water , without blinding . However , this increase in differential pressure means that each filter must be washed by reverse flow of water to remove the accumulated contaminants .
1.2 BACKWASH PROCESS :
1.2.1 Process outline description :
In order to maintain an efficiently operating filtration process it is necessary to wash each filter on a regular predetermined time cycle .
The filters are washed individually by reverse flow of water .
The wash water is pumped from the surge tank downstream of the filter package .
The filter to be back washed is selected and isolated from the process by closing the inlet and outlet valves .
residual pressure in the filter is relieved and water is drained from the filter through an outlet in the side of the vessel until the water level is just above the filter bed .
The bed is prepared for washing by souring with air which is delivered by the positive displacement blower .
The air is introduced into the bottom of the filter and is distributed throughout the filter bed by the water collection system .
The scour air is discharged from the filter via the vent in the vessel head .

هذا ليس برنامج
انما هو ملف شفرة مسحوب من الباتش ويحمل ببرنامج تحميل الباتش
تيسيرا علي الاخوة لانهم يواجهون صعوبات في تحميل الشفرة ببرنامج الشفرة الجديد
