للجميع ...انا واجهت نفس المشكله ولكن قمت بتحميل النسخه الاوروبيه من البرنامج وهو ci2.6
وهى خاصه بالتحميل بواسطة serial loader
واسمها ci2.6ser ويمكن الحصول عليها من الموقع التالى

وموجوده ضمن برامج جهاز نوكيا

وحولت ان طوره بلسريل دون لود ولم افلح.

MY OWN EXPERIENCES WITH TRANSBOX

hi all
for difficult nokia9600 here is my method
i want to add some contibution to rhis valouroues subject:
in deed i upgrade 5 nokia9600 to dvb2000 with the transbox and serial cable, but the method is different i describe it here for those who can't do it normally as written up here.
my method is:
1 - after setting the jumper as shown in the picture (the jumper let you write in the flash memory for the bool)
2- open your transbox and choose 9600 CI and on the device icon and with the right mouse enter "option media master 9600" like this:
* software model "CI"
* software version: "18" or greater
ok.
now choose your com port and "handshake on/off"
and now here is my manner:
i begain with the software dvb2000 no one man version (is the best) YES i begain with the software not the BOOTLOADER and it works but let me continue:
3- in the icon software choose insert and choose the dvb18n_20011225.bin (which you can find every where) and name as you want BUT THE OFFSET MUST BE "000800" and ok and mark it on the main menu, so you can seee:
software icno as foolws:
name that you give to the software 0008000 and symbole marked.
ONLY SOFTWARE WITH THE OFFSET 0008000 must be marked!!!!!!
and the bizare thing is now change the language to deutch (that's the way which is it work with me!!!!) and uplug you media master
click on "start" then "download" and then plug in the mediamaster then the transmission begain, if not, repeat unplug, plug in till it pass.
this is the first part after you gona see your mediamaster loop into the message "self test, CI106" don't worry )
and now unmark the software icon, and choose your boot loader (B2.10 UNS) and mark the case that's all don't touch any setting just unmark the software case and mark the bootloader case and choose the bootloader that you must have before and must be the B2.10UNS and press start it must work instently if not unplug the mediamaster and repeat as described up here and the bootloader must done!! the mediamaster show you: "B2.10UNS" blinkking dont worry too )
and this is the end of the second part!
the third part is easy as you can guess is the upgrade of the same software but with differente setting ok?
the third part is like this:
the device icon must be now 9200 (cause the bootloader B2.10UNs is in it)so change it from 9600CI to 9200
then unmark the bootloader and mark the software with the OFFSET "000000"
then unplug your mediamaster
then press "start" then "connect" and plug in your mediamaster and "download" and must work 100% if not don't worry repeat the sequance of unpluging, pluging till it pass
that's all ya chabab!!
recapitulation
:
1- the software with 9600CI offset 000800
2- bootloader B2.10uns with the same config
the software (dvb18n_20011225) with 9200 offset 000000-3
that's all
after you done it you can upload the setting with DVBEDIT it's the best soft

HI ALL
ERR 108 means that the programme that you want to upload is less in version with the one that you got in your mediamaster

but first you must delete all transbox that you got in your PC and in windows registry cause if he found an edition demo or other of transbox he won't work

and the serial cable is a null modem cable:

first i'm very hapy that some one is agreeing with me that the bootloader can be changed with serial cable and transbox !!!!1

your method is almost the exact as my

you wil allways get the "self test-err106" when you try to upgrad your nokia to dvb2000 with bootloader ci106.
and here i want to sey AGAIN like you seyd when you try to upload dvb2000 ON BOOTLOADER CI106 the OFFSET MUST BE "000800"
if you dont do this your NOKIA WIL DIE !!!!!1

but i change the bootloader without this step,but i hope that this wil help others that cant do it the normal way

the other steps is the same
but i think that it beter to use nokia serial download in the third part(when you get blinking b2.xx.uns)
