hi
i don't understand what you want but you want to set your receiver to normal work you must reset it like this:

1 unplug the receiver
2 - press the three buttons in the front
3 - still pressing and plug the receiver into the main power
4- and you gonna see *ERASING* and then release the three button

and now your receiver is on normal config.

do this-
guide >>> 9 >>> A(menu)>>>9
and use this settings:
powerup->mode1
powerup->auto

and this wil solve your problem

yes i agree :
.mode 1 or 2(this one allows you to switch with numeric keys on the remote control
i join a little help for those menu

but it suppose that your remote can brose the menus!!
