did you copy CiPhysical.dll to c:\windows?
if it so, and don't work copy it to c:\windows\system
and copy ird106.ini to c:\windows

but first of all did your laptop recogniiez the CAM? you must see in the PCMCIA icon this: " irdeto DVB or SCM DVB" i think

in the worst case delete the files and download another one and follow the instructions from the begaining
and push out the cam and in if you want to try another time!! don't let it in the slot of PCMCIA.
