salamu 3alaikum ... dear brother ... the best SW for doing remote access ... which is also used professionally is called "PC ANYWHERE" ... but i think u must purchase this one ... it is easy to use and powerful ... or the harder manual way is to setup a TELNET server on the PC u want to work on ... the other side already has a TELNET client ... u should also setup a FTP server on the computer u want to work on ... again ... u already have an FTP client on every windows platform ... this way u cover all ur execution and file transfer needs ... but if u don't hav experience with TELNET and FTP u will hav a hard time ... although it's a good learning experience ... u might also try "Netmeeting" ... it has some remote access features ... but my knowledge of it is limited ... between u and me ... go to the sooq and find urself one of those discount SW stores and just get "PC ANYWHERE" ... good luck ... salam
