sometimes when you install new program ...your computer always asks your to restart
but this operation takes a lot of time
now you can restart your computer without shutdown
do this:
click on Alt +Ctrl+Del at the time time
go to process tab
search for explorer.exe
and click on end the process
now your computer is like shut down
to restart
just go file
create new task
write explorer.exe
and your computer restart
so you have restarted your computer without shutdown
