may be you have noticed sometimes when ask google for information ..it gives you all the result ..pdg .doc.ppt...ect
but now you can specify which type of file you want
for example
you want only word doc
so write like this
filetype:doc
to search for rose doc write:
rose filetype:doc
and google will only search doc
if you like to search only for excel
then write like this
filetype:xl
the file that are recognized by google are
Adobe Portable Document Format pdf
Adobe PostScript ps
Lotus 1-2-3 (wk1, wk2, wk3, wk4, wk5, wki, wks, wku
Lotus WordPro lwp
MacWrite mw
Microsoft Excel xls)
