Hi all im a beginner in the digital sat word,I have a humax irc 5400 reciver with internal irdeto cam and I have a wafer card consisting from two intergrated circuit:se 24c16 and pic 16f84

I heared that I can prograame this two chips in my home using my computer so I go to some shops and get the following hardware:

1.smart mouse 6mhz and it works very well for irdeto 1.2 and 1.6 cards

2.phonix smart mouse 3.5 mhz

3.lupido programmer for xx16 and 16f84

please I need your help in the following:-


what is the software used to programe 24c16 and pic16f84 and works on lupido

b.i tried to work with winphonix programe using phonix smart mouse and lupido programmer ,but each time I try to read my card it give me the following massage-reseting card failed,what is the type of programmers works with win phonix

c:by using ic programe and a jdm programmer can I programe the two chips witout using of winphonix

I wish to help me as soon as possible because all my money is going to the poocket of the satshop manager,thank u very mush byby.
